We are looking for a dynamic PA to primarily support our Director of the business with his day to day needs along with other sales and operational support. This is not your standard PA role so there is no minute taking or diary management required. We are after an experienced Administrator/PA who loves to type and can work well under pressure in an open office environment.
The role is based in Auckland at our St Lukes office. This busy role will be responsible for providing high quality, assistance and support to the Director of APS along with support for other areas of the business. You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional personal assistant skills whilst bringing your own flair to the role.
You?ll have:
Experience of working with a legal background is desirable or possessing strong experience carrying out a range of administrative tasks and functions at a high level.
Capability of working independently to solve problems, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of judgement, professionalism and administrative skills.
Experience working to a high degree of confidentiality is critical to this role along with a focus on attention to detail.
Strong word processing and spreadsheet skills as well as proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to anticipate needs and be proactive.
Ability to work to tight deadlines while remaining calm and collected under pressure
You will be professional and reliable, responsive to client requests and able to communicate with both trade staff and clients alike.
Have a can do attitude and willing to assist where required.
