On our path to maturity and further growth we have some fantastic global and local projects on the horizon.The RoleWe're looking for a driven People & Organisation Operations Manager who can hit the ground running to join our lively and collaborative team. Change is exciting and the pace is fast!This role will provide leadership to a small People & Organisation Shared Services team who look after payroll and general HR administration and advisory support. This role also works in true partnership with the business owning functions like remuneration and benefits, people analytics, various projects as well as owning our HRMS.This is an exciting time for Compac where you'll have an opportunity to implement initiatives that will make a difference to our culture and employee experience as well as help us on our journey of growth!Person SpecificationsAlong with a proactive and progressive approach to the People function we're looking for candidates with:A tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or similar) OR equivalent experienceDemonstrated people leadership experienceSignificant experience in payroll management across NZ and Australia at a minimum (USA, Chile and UK payroll experience would be beneficial!)Knowledge of HR processes and proceduresExperience running cyclical HR processes such as annual remuneration and performance reviewsExcellent relationship building skills to get to know the business and influence best outcomesExperience successfully delivering People projectsWhy work for us?Give yourself the opportunity for a fruitful career.
