We're on the lookout for a dynamic People and Culture Manager to lead our human resources functions and be a pivotal force in achieving our people and business goals.Role OverviewAs our People and Culture Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and spearheading various HR projects. Reporting directly to the Finance Director and overseeing the People and Culture Advisor, you will be instrumental in fostering a productive and positive work environment that aligns with our mission, vision, and values.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Management: Drive the talent acquisition process, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business needs. Develop and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline, while working closely with marketing to enhance our employer brand and competitive positioning.Employee Relations: Act as a key advisor on performance management, dispute resolution, and internal investigations, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace.Compliance and Leadership: Manage compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, lead internal audits, and foster strong union relationships. As a leader, you will mentor the People and Culture Advisor and contribute to our global HR leadership team's initiatives.Engagement and Development: Spearhead employee engagement surveys and initiatives, fostering a culture of recognition and continuous improvement.
