About the Role Venues Otautahi is delighted to be accepting applications for a People and Capability Advisor, on a fixed term basis for 10 months.
Reporting to the General Manager, Organisational Transformation and People, the People and Capability Advisor will provide comprehensive HR support to our organisation.
The People and Capability Advisor will also play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programmes within Venues Otautahi, with a particular focus on preparing our workforce for the opening of Te Kaha.
The role is a great balance of operational and project based work and we are looking for someone who can work autonomously and to implement some of our key projects including our online learning management system, performance review framework and our leadership development programme.
About You The People and Capability Advisor, like all roles at Venues Otautahi, is a hands-on role. Ideally you will have experience in an HR advisor role, as well as experience implementing organisational development and/or learning and development initiatives.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organisation.
