You'll be the go-to expert for all things HR-related, providing invaluable guidance, support, and solutions to our employees and management team.You will manage a portfolio on behalf of the HR Business Partner and provide support by giving advice, managing relationships and delivering a high level of service to support the business strategy. You will also support the HR Advisors by coaching them on resolving HR issues and assisting with implementation of change.We're looking for someone with extensive advisory experience who is ready to take the next step and advance their career.About the role:As an experienced HR Advisor your days here will be incredibly varied. You will be working alongside our HR Business Partners and wider team to provide leaders with expert advice and support across a range of HR functions. You will work on a variety of matters such as:Employment Relations:  Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Provide timely and effective resolution, promoting a harmonious work environment.Policy & Process Development:  Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.Performance Management:  Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance performance and productivity.Recruitment:  Support leaders with job analysis and writing of position descriptions.Change Management:  Support the HR Business Partners and leaders, developing and implementing change.About you:To be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:A tertiary qualification in HR Management or a related discipline.Experience as a generalist HR professional at an advisory level.Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and processes.Sound ER experience with knowledge of employment law and other relevant legislation.Ability to effectively communicate, inform and influence to achieve good outcomes for our people.Solution focused with sound judgement and the ability to support practical people-focused outcomes.Reay to make a difference?
