No day is the same and there is autonomy within this leadership team position. You would be required to assist the department leaders through all things people and culture, while supporting the Hotel Manager in company wide initiatives. You will require a solid understanding and proven background in employment law, compliance and workplace relations to be successful in this role.Reporting to the Operations Manager and Director of Workplace Experience, the role will be multifaceted, varied and well supported.As part of the National People and Culture team, you will bring your experience and expertise to the group as we work together to ensure our localised teams are educated, supported and encouraged through their careers in hospitality. Guideline reviews, training plans, events calendars, sourcing providers and information sharing would form part of the role.We pride ourselves on our workplace flexibility and initiatives therefore encourage applicants that do require work/life balance to apply.
