It will be evolving as we grow and develop the function. We are not a massive business so we don't have the structure bigger businesses do, so you need to be flexible and like getting amongst what needs to be done as we are all one team working towards the shared goal of Simply Better - Car Rental, People, Processes, Efficiencies, Teams etc. This is a fast paced place to work and it is ever evolving, so you need to be excited by this. We are only a team of circa 80 employees, so there is a lot of scope to spend time on various projects instead of getting bogged down in ER issues.I come from a true generalist HR/Safety background, this is the third time I have established the function in a business and I am ecstatic that I can take you on this ride with me.
