More About The Role

This role will report to the HR Director and requires an experienced payroll processor who needs little hand-holding and is happy to process multiple payrolls and handle all associated tasks to support our Payroll Manager.

The role is varied but includes;
Manage the end to end payroll process for multiple pay groups, ensuring payroll files are prepared and produced from Datacom, and robust records are maintained on a secure network.
Processing payroll in accordance with the New Zealand and Australian payroll legislation.
Dealing with payroll queries.
Processing Time and Attendance.
Contribute to the provision of best practice Payroll services and commercially focused solutions that support the business in conjunction with other areas of the People function.
Contribute to a high performing team by providing back up and support to colleagues, collaborating and sharing knowledge, and promoting active professional development.
Develop a strong relationship and collaborate with the wider People team to ensure seamless communication.
Ensure compliance with payroll-related and employment legislation.
So Who Are You?

You have 3-4 years in a similar role, are highly organised, have a very strong customer service focus, and are meticulous when it comes to your attention to detail and accuracy whilst having the ability to laugh at challenges faced. Above all else, a collaborative approach and the ability to communicate at all levels will be key to succeeding in this fast-paced environment.
