48 hours per fortnight (1 FTE)
Do you have current clinical knowledge and a passion for improving patient outcomes? An opportunity has arisen for an experienced health professional to join the Patient Safety and Quality Service at Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Maui Hawke's Bay.
The Patient Safety and Quality Team is re-establishing itself to ensure it provides a responsive and effective service to our Clinical Groups as they strive to improve patient outcomes, implement Clinical Governance Frameworks and embed a culture where patient safety and quality are fundamental pillars to success.
A sound knowledge of clinical governance and improvement methodology will enable the Patient Safety and Quality Lead to effectively drive, navigate, and build capability and capacity within Group Leadership teams to support them to deliver on key quality and patient safety workstreams.
If you have the ability to move ideas to action, act as the critical friend and bring people together through exceptional communication skills and strong leadership, this role may be for you.
