We are looking for savvy administrators to work in our Patient Services Centre covering both Auckland Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre.About our department Our Patient Service Centre (PSC) unit provides support to the clinical department by managing their outpatient clinic receptions, processing referrals and making initial and follow-up appointments for our patients. We are a large team and we collectively make about 850,000 outpatient appointments and over 300,000 surgical bookings per year.About the role This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the Out Patient clinics and theatre admissions for our patients. Whilst you will mainly be working in the scheduling side of PSC, you may also be required to rotate into reception and referrals as required. Should you need to travel between the different hospital sites there is a free staff shuttle service to take you.
