Job Description About the role Following a recent internal promotion, we are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to join our fast-paced Customer Services team in Auckland. We are seeking an intelligent, energetic, and enthusiastic person with previous export experience for our email and phone-based customer and order management duties. This role is not for the faint hearted, and we are proud of the capabilities of our professional, organised team.
Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, providing technical support of our products and applications, processing sales orders, and delivering a superior first-class customer service experience. Tasks revolve around managing the customer relationship from order receipt, delivery [both local and export] through to invoice.
Qualifications What you will bring As the successful applicant, you will have exceptional communication and critical thinking skills. You will be resilient, proactive, and forward thinking with a mature and professional outlook. Experience of working with SAP and/or within the building industry would also be an advantage. You can expect to receive and provide support, to sustain a positive working environment.
