Purpose of Position: You are responsible for all day-to-day paid social and programmatic operations on and be the main point of contact for paid and content driven social and programmatic campaigns across your patch of EssenceMediacom clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, monitoring and reporting, working very closely with your Manager to produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service, and deliver against targets. Job Well Done: The easiest and simplest way to see if you have done a great job is when: In three months, you have: [Paid Social Focus] Developed a sound understanding of Nexus's Social product and services.Completed training across all aspects of service delivery, operations, processes, best practices and specialist/platform qualifications required for your specialist team.Mastered day to day running of account operations and optimising accounts for success.Developed a cooperative working relationship with the Executives and Assistants within your team.Built strong working relationships with your GroupM Nexus and agency peers, as well as our media and technology partners.In six months, you have: [Paid Social & Programmatic Focus] Developed a sound understanding of the Nexus Services broader proposition and service channels, Paid Social and Programmatic.A sound understanding of your clients and campaigns, providing regular reporting and insights, presented new opportunities and provided continual recommendations to improve results.Provided regular updates with your stakeholders to ensure performance and service levels were maintained and collaborated regularly with the Nexus team to develop client strategy across your portfolio of clients.
