The Role:
As an Outlet Assistant Store Manager, you will help the Store Manager lead a successful team of Part-Timers, Full Timers & a Stockies. Duties Involved:
Stock management and merchandising within the store
Manage store budgets & rostering
Coach, train and develop a team to their full potential
Maintain a high level of customer service from yourself and team
Motivate your team to achieve set targets

About You:
Assistant Store Management experience within a $1mill + annual turnover location
Hands-on and energetic personality
A passion for sports &/or urban streetwear
Thrive in a team environment
Active in your leadership
