Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, you work alongside the management team to deliver public infrastructure projects for the New Plymouth region. You'll be in a position to develop and grow a team, implement training/mentoring plans, and contribute to the planning of projects. You'll prospect for new business and foster client relations for the company.
Responsibilities: Maintaining and developing relationships with clients ensuring that their expectations are metWorking in tandem with Site Supervisors and Project ManagersVisiting sites to make sure that needs are met in terms of plant equipment and labour, and that projects are running on time and on budgetRepresent your company to both active and prospective clientsCollaborate with Business & Service Leaders on current & upcoming projects.Contribute to the planning, design and implementation of Civil Infrastructure projects across the region.Provide exceptional operational leadershipQualifications: You are experienced in the world of civil engineering, and have experience working at a management level in New Zealand,Confidence in stakeholder management & client relationships, and business development.
