Would you like go there now or keep looking around here? This role is responsible for supporting the Property Operations Manager in delivery of property support to the TSB network. The role will ensure TSB meets all required building, health, safety and security standards to maintain a safe working environment. This role is based in New Plymouth. Who are you? You will have a least 3 years' experience in an administrative or similar role, preferably in property, facilities or building environment. You will demonstrate your ability to deliver a quality service and ensure all works undertaken across the country are in line with standards, policy and procedures. You will understand why prioritising Health, Safety and Security at all times, is important to TSB. Your responsibilities include: Manage, monitor and respond to requests for property repairs, maintenance and other tasks as allocated, in line with TSB's SLAs, processes, procedures and policy at all times. Ensure TSB is receiving value for money through all supplier, contractor and service expenditure, maintaining sound working relationships with key third-parties. Manage on-site works as directed, providing ongoing stakeholder visibility and oversight to the Property Operations Manager. Assist with and undertake development and maintenance of TSB's assets and asset register. To succeed in this role, you'll need: Minimum 3+ years' experience in administrative or similar role, preferably in property, facilities or built environment A working knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety requirements. Ability to manage a wide range of duties and multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. A full New Zealand driver license Who are we?
