Operations Manager

The Operations Manager’s role is Christchurch based and responsible for managing all facets encompassing NPD’s multi-site and expanding retail division throughout the South Island. Key focuses include managing and supporting Site and Cluster Managers to excel in their roles. The Operations Manager requires expertise in the areas of IT, Payroll, Human Resources and Staff Training.
Other key components of this role include designing, training and executing process documents covering all facets of Site Management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive retail and staff management experience preferably in the FMCG industry.
