Job Description:
Cablevision Systems is seeking a passionate and dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day operations, including inventory management, customer service, and data entry- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress towards operational goals- Support the team in problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that arise- Assist with presentations to key stakeholders, both internal and external
Requirements:- A passion for operations and a strong dedication to achieving goals- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders- Proven ability to work well in a team and independently- A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
