Job Description:
Sanmina is currently seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in the smooth functioning of our operations department. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the department2. Coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient workflow3. Analyze data and create reports to track key performance indicators4. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements5. Assist in project management and coordination of cross-functional teams6. Support the Operations Manager in administrative tasks as needed7. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials8. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures10. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software6. Resilient and driven personality traits7. Emotional intelligence and persuasion skills8. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field
