Operational Planning Coordinator 9 Month FTC Operational Planning Coordinator 9 Month FTC About The Role   Delivering what we  promise Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a  Operational Planning Coordinator  t o work on our  Welsh Water  contract   in Nelson. Morrison Water Services is a proud partner on the Water Network Alliance contract with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water. Our work includes repair and maintenance of clean water network assets, new water mains connections, metering, zonal water cleansing and mains renewal. As a Planning Coordinator you will be part of our Operational Department. This department are responsible for delivering all activities associated with Repair and Maintenance and Metering.  You will u pdate and maintain our contract support system F0CUS. You will be required to m anage resource capacity and adjust in real time, in line with current and future resource levels. You will r eview the plan to ensure we have matched resources to geography, skills and job types to include the use of the tracker system. You will work closely with area managers, supervisors to plan, direct and monitor activities of the team ensuring performance targets are being met. You will carry out root cause analysis of scheduling, identifying  opportunities to improve performance and customer service delivery. This role is based in our Nelson depot working 5 days a week with the operational team . Can you organise and prioritise your own workload? Do you have previous administrative experience? Do you have experience in the use of SAP production,  F0CUS, FYLD systems? You will need to be able to demonstrate sound computer literacy and be proficient in the use of MS Office Does this sound like you?
