ABOUT YOU Enjoy a challenge Have completed further education - Degree, Diploma, Trade or have equivalent practical experience Dedicated, practical, pragmatic, and have an interest in the logistics / waste management / environmental services industry Must be willing to gain an HT truck license and be prepared get your hands dirty to perform a variety of driving and other operational roles throughout your training Be flexible with working hours Interested in leading a team and managing people to achieve business goals Willingness to gain experience in a number of different roles during your training period Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Trainee (Leadership Development Program), you will have the drive to succeed through team engagement and an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in our operation.
