Onsite Account Manager required to support a local company who produce exquisite bakery products for high end clients. Onsite manager required to manage temporary staff through their employment, training and supplying staff to develop a strong, well trained and consistent workforce.Role and responsibilities:· Build & maintain an excellent relationship with client team & temporary workers· Daily absence management and reporting using T&A system· Site tours & Induction· Staff/Management Queries completed daily· Monitor attendance, performance and attitude· Complete daily admin tasks, KPI & management info, training, spot checks, audits· Complete daily and weekly payroll· Ensure all sites specific rules are followed· Monitor staff and ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to· In-still Food Safety processes through training processes from day 1 inductions onwards· Use Excel and internal systems to keep accurate records· Working to set KPI's and deliver accurate reports to the management team· Attending daily production morning meeting· Support site management as needed and when requested· Build a strong relationship with the local team/branches of AM2PMQualification and Education Required:· MS Office – Word/Excel/Power Point – Essential· Recruitment background – Advantageous· Supervisory experience – EssentialPreferred Skills and Attributes:· Ability to work under pressure· Honest and trustworthy· Able to multi-task· Passionate and innovative· Compassionate/diplomatic and reliable· Ability to motivate others· Must be flexible with working hours as business needs may change at peak ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
