Online Web Chat Associate

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a detail-oriented and confident individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Associate in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via online web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about insurance products and services- Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims, and general account information- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently- Confidence in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions- Adaptability to switching between various tasks and platforms- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
