Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and independent Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or online communication roles.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online web chat- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions- Monitor and track customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and customer confidentiality

Requirements:- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred
