Job Description:
Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The successful candidate will be resourceful and reliable, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent online customer support via chat, email, and phone- Assist customers with inquiries, claim submissions, and policy updates- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset- Ability to work well in a team environment- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
