Job Description:First AML is seeking an energetic and confident Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess creativity and excel in a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities:- Assist customers with their inquiries through online platforms such as emails, chat, and social media- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and concerns- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty- Assist in the creation of online resources and materials to support customer success- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role- Energetic and confident personality traits- Strong creativity and teamwork skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment- Proficiency in using online platforms for customer communication- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
