Job Description: First AML is seeking a passionate and independent Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.2. Process customer orders and provide updates on order status.3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.4. Manage customer accounts and provide support with account-related inquiries.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.6. Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving the overall customer experience.7.
