Job Description: As an Online Customer Care Representative at Peter Kiewit Sons', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or complaints, and you will work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our online customer base. Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and empathetic manner- Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and other inquiries- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies- Proactively reach out to customers to collect feedback and improve overall customer experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns effectively- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet individual and team performance targets and goals Requirements:- Associate Degree or equivalent- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in an online setting- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- Reliable and motivated with a positive attitude- Strong research skills to find solutions to complex customer inquiries- Persuasion skills to handle difficult customer situations Benefits:- Life insurance coverage- Travel and spending expenses reimbursement- Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates Working Environment:At Peter Kiewit Sons', we strive to inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment.
