Job Description: As an Online Customer Care Representative at Peter Kiewit Sons', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or complaints, and you will work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our online customer base.
