Job Description:Code Avengers is seeking a confident and adaptable Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing support to customers through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.5. Assist with training new team members on customer service best practices.6. Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.7. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members when needed.8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements:1. Confident and adaptable personality traits.2. Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively.3. Strong leadership abilities to guide junior team members.4. Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role.5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.8. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other coding languages (preferred but not required).
