Job Description:
Cardinal Health is looking for a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Provide online support to customers through various channels such as chat, email, and social media.2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online platform.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.7. Inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment, creating a positive experience for both customers and colleagues.
Requirements:1. Confident and passionate individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service.2. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers.3. Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.4. Previous experience in online support or customer service is preferred.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.7. Proficiency in using online platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
