Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online communication channels. This is a part-time position requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Assisting customers with policy information, claims processing, and other insurance-related questions.3. Utilizing online chat platforms to communicate with customers and address their needs efficiently.4. Resolving customer complaints and issues by utilizing problem-solving skills and empathy.5. Ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in the company database.6. Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience across all channels.7. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:1. Independent and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.2. Strong strategic planning and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and accurately.4. Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.5. Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role for at least 3 years.6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software.7. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
