Unleashed Software is seeking a resourceful and confident Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support related to our software products.3. Input and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.4. Provide recommendations and solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly. Requirements:1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or call center role.2. Proficient in using CRM systems and call center software.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.5.
