Job Description:
Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a confident and dedicated Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks to support our online operations.
Responsibilities:- Manage and organize online documents, files, and records- Coordinate online meetings and webinars- Monitor and respond to online inquiries and emails- Update and maintain online databases and systems- Assist with online research and reports as needed- Provide general administrative support to the online team- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient online operations
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in online tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Presentation and innovation skills- Confidence and dedication to the job- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
