Job Description: Regions Financial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Nelson, New Zealand. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and provides a flexible work schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and communication- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members- Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files, records, and documents- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow- Handle administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or related field- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Resilient and dedicated attitude towards work- Demonstrated cooperation and adaptability in a team environment Benefits:- Profit sharing opportunities- Paid sick leave- Joining bonus for new hires- Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company Working Environment:Join a company that is committed to promoting positive change and setting industry standards.
