The opportunity: We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our Mandeville Street based office team. This is a full time, permanent position reporting directly to the GM. Duties include (but are not limited to): Finance: Manage all AP and AR functions, cash flow, Xero, reporting, Payroll, debt collection and GST. Operations Support : Job creation, stock management, data entry and spreadsheet creation. Office Management: Coordinating the day-to-day office operations and procedures, taking deliveries, managing returns, answering phone and email enquiries. Personal Assistant: Providing the GM and Operations Manager with administration support as needed. Event Management: Coordinating company events such as parties, Christmas events and team alignment days. Marketing: Coordinating marketing campaigns and managing the company Facebook / Instagram pages. Health and Safety: Preparing SSSPs, ensuring our people and vehicles are compliant, organising toolbox meetings and taking minutes. We plan long term for your development and growth within the company About you: To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in office administration, office management or a relevant accounts role. Experience in Xero and MS office suite are essential. You will need to have excellent communication skills, time management, and attention to detail. Previous experience with electrical or a similar trade, Katipolt, Canva, and marketing is not essential but will help your application.
