Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Global Finance is looking for a talented Office Coordinator to come in and join the supportive and welcoming team of Global Finance at its head office based near Auckland Airport.You will support the teams and the financial advisers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConnect customers and industry visitors to the relevant team members.Opening the head office in the mornings and ensure the office is clean and tidyAnswer phone calls and customer queries; direct / transfer phone calls.Liaise with advisers to ensure smooth functioningHandle complaints and specific customers' requestMonitor stock and order office supplies in a timely manner.Keeping accurate records of staff leave and attendance.Filing & scanning records of office paperwork including statements and invoices.Liaise with contractors and vendors and help with order and invoice management & payment.Skills & Experience RequiredProven office admin experienceExcellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written, verbal communication and people skillsSolid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and WordYou will receive a fixed salary package and will work under the guidance of the existing Office Manager of our office.This is a full time Tuesday to Saturday 40 hours role with Tuesday - Friday 8.5 hours of work from 8:30am to 5:30pm and 6 hours on Saturday from 10:30am - 5:00pmYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as an office coordinator?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.Thinking about a career as an Office Coordinator?Explore job and salary trends, in-demand skills and role reviews.#J-18808-Ljbffr
