We have grown considerably over the past five years and now need an Office Coordinator to join our team to keep the ship running smoothly!
You will work in a busy sales office keeping the office running and also support a team of experienced and successful recruitment consultants. We are specialist recruiters in the construction, property, engineering, sales and business support sectors, so we have some fantastic clients and candidates for you to develop relationships with. Primarily your responsibilities will include:
Providing sales support through CRM/ATS management, formatting CV's, processing rejections, diary management and compliance management
General reception, office management, meeting room management duties
PA to the General Manager
Providing reports to the General Manager
Managing key suppliers
Follow our social media calendar, maintain our website and ensure the one eighty brand is always represented correctly
Ensure the office is tidy and all areas are presentable
You will ideally come with some experience of the recruitment industry, although this is not critical. Previous experience in a sales support environment will make you a great addition to the team. However you will need top notch MS office skills, some EA/PA experience and an understanding of CRM systems.
This role is primarily that of an office manager and keeping the office running whilst we focus on recruiting, secondary to that is administration but it all adds up to sales support. We are very focused as a team on achieving targets and enjoy some pretty awesome days out of the office when we do. You will be very much a part of this.
