Details of the offer

Do you have knowledge in Foodstuffs Supermarket back office systems? Then we are looking for you!
This position reports directly to the Office Manager.
The key responsibilities are:
Weekly payroll using Payglobal
Invoice & credit matching using SAP
Customer and supplier invoicing
Cashiering, banking and reconciliation
Assisting with store price ticketing and price verification
Back office administration tasks as allocated such as filing, scanning
The key qualifications and skills required are:
A minimum of one years’ experience in an office administration role in a supermarket and basic accounting skills
Excellent level of IT systems and computer skills including the ability to use SAP (accounts, workflow, stock management), Payroll and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Personal attributes required are:
The ability to communicate well with a wide range of people including team members, Department Managers, Customers, Suppliers
Excellent oral and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Team Player – who will collaborate effectively
The total hours of the position will be 24 hours per week, with the days of work being Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We are happy to discuss the division of these hours across each day.
