Details of the offer

We are looking for 1 full time competent Personal Assistant.   Requirements: A diploma or a bachelor's degree, or a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.   Key responsibilities: Provide a high standard of general support and administrative services Liaison with other staff and clients according to the director's instructions Act as the point of contact between the directors and clients/stakeholders Handle incoming calls, emails and requests – responding politely, accurately and thoroughly Draft letters, emails, invoices and other documents Assist the Director with CAD drafting Support the Director in Microsoft Project Management Maintain database and update system records Prepare reports as required Maintain a high level of confidentiality and prioritisation of files and contracts Arrange appointments/meetings Other duties may be directed by the managers from time to time   Guaranteed 30 hours a week. A competitive hourly rate of $27 - $33 per hour depending on your experience and skills. Please apply online by submitting your CV and cover letter.
