Details of the offer

ElectriNET, a subsidiary of the Horizon Energy Group based in Gisborne is Eastland's largest power, plumbing, electrical and data contractor.
ElectriNET is recruiting for an outstanding Office Administrator to provide quality, confidential, clerical, financial, administrative and reception support to Management and be an integral part of the Administration team. Reporting to the Administration Team Manager, you will be a true professional and be able to hit the ground running. This is a permanent full time position.
You will also be responsible for:
Providing support systems critical to the efficient operation of the business.
Providing administrative/financial and clerical functions to support the business to meet all requirements of current contractual obligations.
Undertaking creditors, debtors and payroll functions.
Undertaking invoicing and closing of jobs.
Receiving and responding to telephone calls and correspondence relating to the provision of services provided to customers.
Data entry and maintenance of Health & Safety and compliance documentation within the Health & Safety System.
To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
A qualification in Accounting and/or Business Administration would be an advantage or any other formal training or experience equivalent
Strong administration skills - organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
Expereince with Pronto, Accredo, Xero, SAP or similar financial accounting system would be a distinct advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent data entry and touch typing skills
Good proactive ‘can-do' attitude and problem solving skills a must
Superior telephone and customer service skills
Research, clerical, and records management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Approachable, cooperative and positive with professional appearance
Organised and disciplined, methodical approach to work
Current NZ Drivers Licence
