Let's continue our journey together. What you'll be doing: As part of our% NZ based contact centre, you'll help our customers by assessing their needs and providing an exceptional customer experience. On an average day, you'll be taking + incoming calls, having customer conversations without scripts, confidently navigating multiple IT systems and be a fountain of insurance knowledge. Typical conversations will be helping customers update their personal details, make changes to existing policies, providing personalised financial advice, taking payments and the occasional quote for new insurance policies.The nitty gritty: Ideally, we are looking for people to be initially based in our Auckland or Hamilton office with hybrid working, however we do offer work from home opportunities across the country.Training starts on Mondayth Mayand is full-time, Monday to Friday,.am to.pm for the duration ofweeks. This will be delivered virtually or onsite in our Auckland City Centre office depending on your location.If you are work at home being outside our Auckland or Hamilton locations, you will be given all the equipment needed, however you will need to have the below technology requirements:Fibre internet connection, with an internet speed ofMbps or higher & WifiSuitable private workspace with comfortable desk and chairAfter training you can expect the following roster:A rotating roster,?working.hour shifts totalling.hours a week betweenam -pm on weekdays, andam -pm on weekends.  On average you will work one weekend day per month. Twice a year you will be given aweek roster of Thursday - Sunday shifts. Your rosters are given at leasweeks in advance to give you certainty.You must be available to start on Mondayth May and no planned leave within the firsmonths of joining. A bit about you: You're the kind of person who loves to help people and is motivated by delivering exceptional customer service.
