Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader the Customer Service Officer will need to ensure we deliver exceptional service, advise and support to our customers in successful and timely manner. Customer queries and resolution may include product queries, returns, delivery and customer orders. It is critical that the new incumbent is resilient in their ability to handle a high volume of customer queries in this fast-paced environment.
