Reporting to the Office Manager, your role is responsible for supporting the Whangarei Field Operations team.Hours of work: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.You will be responsible forDay-to-day inbound customer contactProcessing timesheetsPreparing purchase orders and supporting documentationProcessing of accounts payable and receivable and batchingPreparing operational reports in Excell and keeping accurate recordsHandling feedback and providing excellent customer serviceMonitoring and ordering PPE for staffSkills, Knowledge and ExperienceExcellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelIntermediate level of understanding and experience with accounts payable and receivableKnowledge of the principles of accounting and invoice processingPrevious experience in an accounts administration role would be desirableAbility to learn new skills quickly and put that into practice is essentialGood understanding of budget codes and job managementAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships across the wider businessResilience under pressureAbility to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities and take the initiative to provide our customers and team with an excellent experienceAttention to detail, being precise and exact is a mustWhat We OfferTDG Environmental values its employees and understands the importance of employee offerings.
