You will be part of a tightknit, supportive team who manage the end to end Payroll and timesheet processing for Te Tai Tokerau / Northland. The payroll team is responsible for processing all remuneration entitlements and deductions due to staff, through the liaison with the Payroll Team Leader and HR Service Partners in a timely and accurate manner.  The role of the Administration Support is to support the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely Payroll services for all employees by the following functions: Collating / Entry of data Filing management General administrative support Te Whatu Ora Te Tai Tokerau/Northland is committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and holds stewardship for equitable health outcomes for Maori as Tangata Whenua as the highest priority. Requirements:  NCEA level 2 or equivalent Literacy and numeracy experience Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Proven customer service skills with the ability to build effective working relationships, both internal and external stakeholders A career with Te Whatu Ora Te Tai Tokerau will see you action meaningful change in the region we love.
