We are seeking a passionate, guest-focusedNight Manager,to join the Front Office Leadership team.
As a Night Manager at Movenpick Wellington, you will lead and supervise the Front Office Department's operational functions throughout the night.
Lead and supervise night shifts, ensuring safety, security, and a seamless guest experience.Collaborate with the team to enforce procedures, creating a tranquil environment.Conduct nightly audits, meticulously reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.Manage overnight reservations and check-ins, providing efficient and friendly service.Generate reports for management, offering valuable insights. into daily hotel operations Qualifications
Experience in Hotel Front OfficeGeneral Managers CertificateLCQ CertificateExperience using Property Management Systems/Applications (such as Opera Cloud etc or similar).Luxury hospitality brand exposure would be preferredAn understanding of luxury guest expectationsHas the ability to work autonomouslyHas the ability and willingness to undertake further development with Mövenpick WellingtonHave a full clean driver's licence Additional Information
