Do you want a role that allows you to hone in on your area of expertise?Our Technology Directorate has Network Engineer vacancies available for people who have an interest in project-focused work, and want to be part of a team Engineers who are specialists/experts in various systems and platforms. As a Network Engineer, you will focus on the delivery of projects and play a role in the entire project lifecycle.We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, values a collaborative work culture and prides themselves on their strong communication skills.We need you to have:* 3-5 years, minimum, in a Network Engineering role* A strong foundation of networking skills and experience including: TCP/IP, LAN, WAN management, switching, firewalls, routing protocols and network security* Experience designing, implementing, managing and supporting a unique network infrastructure environment* Experience with identifying, diagnosing and resolving network issues, using a range of tools (debugging, logs, PCAPs etc) to assist with this* Have a solid understanding of service management frameworks, such as ITIL* Configuration managementYou will know how to configure switches, routers, firewalls and cryptographic devices.
