This role will be to support the Network Development Manager in all aspects of the provider network development across the region.

Description
Responsibilities

To support and develop the performance of the Network Development Team for the region.
Consistently meet all individual KPIs and contribute to all Network Development Team KPI's
Uphold clinical and service standards
Coordinate the auditing process for the network, conducting regular audits and consistent documentation
Act as an interface between affiliates/providers and the corporate side of the organisation, dealing with queries and concerns in relation to referrals and ongoing cases
Act as a central resource for operational staff, providing the information and resources required for effective service delivery
Coordinate and support a robust recruitment process, which is fully auditable and which adheres to the clients clinical & service model
Deliver accurate provider activity data in a timely manner for customer reporting
Liaise regularly with the Global Head of Network Development and participate fully in the work of the Global Network Development Team
Maintain regular communication with regard to network development issues

Profile
Key Selection Criteria

Essential:
Experience of, or significant awareness of, network/contractor management and services procurement.
Significant management experience in a customer services environment.
Commercially aware, preferably with experience of business development.
High level of IT skills, including familiarity with all main software packages (including Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised and ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Used to working in a busy, pressured environment.
High level of literacy, including the ability to produce high-quality reports.
