About the Role As an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will bethe first point of contact with our customers, consulting andoffering technical advice on our range.Your key focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction, while building strong relationships and maximising sales opportunities. Duties include:
Providing professional and accurate advice on parts queries and interpreting the customers' requirementsProvide technical support to ensure the rights parts are received by our customersUpselling on associated parts and informing customers of relevant promotionsProcessing parts orders and dispatching in a timely mannerDeveloping and maintaining customer relationships through excellent customer serviceProvide support with stock control and inventorySkills & Experience We are looking for experienced Automotive Parts Specialists in order to understand our various products and be able to tailor a solution to suit each customer's unique needs.We are looking for:
Proven experience in the automotive industry as a Parts Specialist or MechanicStrong communication and relationship building skillsProactive and driven team player, who can also work independently in a fast paced environmentEnjoys collaborating with other areas of the business, with the aim of improving customer experienceNatural problem solver who is solutions focussedNAPA will transform the offer to our customers, as well as our employees - Just imagine where the road could take you.
