You're a 'hand-on'person who understands the importance of compliance, Health & Safety and regulatory requirements and can balance profit maximisation and morale in your team.Inspiring your team will lead to additional growth opportunities throughout the Imlay site and the company. Full on the job training will be provided for those with Supervisor experience outside of food manufacturing.Key responsibilities of the position include:Consistent monitoring of processing quality in the room to ensure high standards at all times.Solid knowledge of meat processing techniques to assist other staff and help set benchmarks.Making sure that all compliance and regulatory requirements are strictly adhered to and that the process is in control under HACCP.Training, developing and mentoring staff.Continuously improving standards and profitability.Recording and processing documentation/departmental administration in an accurate and timely manner.Management/supervision of all staff within the department.Qualifications Previous experience in a meat processing environment is preferential, however not required.Additional Information If you are looking to for your next challenge and want to join a successful, growing organisation then please apply today!#J-18808-Ljbffr
