MEP Designer/ BIM Engineer required for specialist Building Services consultancy in Auckland.

My client are an established niche consultancy with a successful track record working on medium to large scale commercial projects in Auckland and nationally.
With a solid work book and flat structured team they have an ongoing need for a proactive, well rounded Engineer with developed MEP BIM co-ordination, design and modelling experience. Projects are focussed in the commercial space but includes apartments, office developments, big box retail and educational facilities.
To be considered you will have:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Building Services or Energy Engineering
4-5 years professional experience with Revit MEP
Confident converting 2 D plans to 3 D models
Well versed with clash detection utilising Navisworks
Able to build Revit families and manage the Revit library
Experience producing details in Auto CAD
Able to lead BIM co-ordination meetings and manage project documents
Led co-ordination and BIM delivery of Commercial Building Services projects
Led, mentored junior BIM Engineers / Modellers
Proficiency with Revit MEP, able to integrate models across disciplines
Good documentation skills
Strong attention to detail
