Our Youth Specialty Service's (YSS) Rapoi Day Programme is a specialised day programme providing comprehensive assessment, treatment and assistance for young people to re-establish their routines and also to re-engage in education. Mo te turanga | About the role As a key worker you will have a sound knowledge of appropriate youth focussed mental health interventions and provide specialised assessment and treatment, be familiar with group processes, with a strong emphasis on family inclusion for those youth experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. To be successful in this role you will be flexible, have a commitment to delivering excellence to youth and their family in an age appropriate and culturally appropriate manner. Liaise effectively in partnership with community agencies to support the youth's health and wellbeing. Are you a practised Allied Health professional or registered Nurse holding a tertiary qualification? Do you enjoy working in a group-based programme, have relevant experience with group work, as part of a specialist youth service?
